Potential: Better Windows compatibility

Forgot to update this, but mls and mat exist, replacements for dir and I don't know what on Windows. Still not completely done

Add config file support

So far, you're able to change the message upon opening Mash. Not marking this as done as there's a couple of other basic config things that I'll implement before closing.
